The cost for assisting in the hire of one employee is just $30 per hour which includes:

1. Advertising for the open position (staying within your budget)

2. Sorting and evaluating the resumes as they come in

3. Interviewing the top ten candidates

4. Offering a written recommendation on the top three applicants.

The price does not include reference checks, background checks, drug screens, driving records or physicals. These services can be ordered ala carte from a list provided.

I highly recommend that reference checks and drug screens be completed, if nothing else. There are many questions that cannot be asked that may come out in a reference check although many employers are unwilling to provide information that may reflect poorly on the employee.

If you are looking for more than one employee, the smart choice is to utilize the retainer fee. Anything over 10 hours per month would allow you to contract with HRA Global Solutions for just $250 per month ($25 per hour x 10 hours). This is a real savings to you as I can often hire two employees for the one-month fee.

Retainer fees are paid up front each month while the hourly fee is charged at half of the estimated cost up front and half at the end of the project.

Advertising costs are separate and will be billed directly to your company. I do my best to keep costs down by searching my database for resumes before I start advertising. This is often an effective way to get great applicants quickly and save time in the overall process.
